A-Z............................

Well did you all have a lovely Christmas? The time seems to go so fast but we had a lovely day. I had lots of lovely goodies including a melting pot, so watch this space for some different creations next year. Just thought I'd show you all what i made as a gift for the girls at the Bristol meet, i decorated them each their initial. Put them all in my craft room and took a photo. The individual one was for Sophie, this wasn't included in the other  photo as she was coming to lunch on Christmas day i was later finishing it.

2 Quick cards..............

Good Morning

Well i expect your all running around getting sorted. We are  out to lunch today which is lovely. For anyone interested Richards Mum is now out of hospital and we decided to put her in a residential home over the christmas break to build up her strength before she goes home in the New Year, and she can come to us for Christmas day which is nice. Thanks for  all the good wishes for her much appreciated. Well here's 2 quick cards i made. Hoping to have some crafting time over the break. Hope you all have a great christmas and happy new year. A bag of polystyrene balls..........

Good Morning
Hope you are all well and ready for the big day! I was very organised and then on Saturday Richards Mum was taken into hospital and now I'm all behind lol
Thought I'd show you the decorations i made from a bag of polystyrene balls, some paper, pva, pins, glitter and lots and lots of patience. Got the idea off of Pintrest.

Well today i have my DT project to show you, we are doing anything with yarn, as this was already a project i wanted to do it made me pull up my socks and get on with it.
1 polystyrene ring, some wool, felt , and pretty embellishments and Bingo one very pretty gift.
Enjoyed it so much am now on my third one. Off to work today.

Hubbie's christmas card....

Oh dear what a very bad blogger i am, time just seems to rush by. Anyhow i thought some of you might like to see hubbies christmas card, he likes simple (obviously he married me lol). I  saw this on pintrest can't remember who now, but knew it would be just right for him. Had to borrow a couple of dies (thanks Margaret and Jane) but i think he like it.

Kelly's birthday pressie

Recently i went to the Westpoint craft show with Kelly and Kay and i bought myself one of these dragonflies, and Kelly made a comment about giving her one for her birthday. So when they were busy looking at goodies i poped back and bought another and decorated it for her birthday. Was pleased with the result, need to find time to do mine now.

Well Wednesday is my turn to do the design for Stampncraft Yeovil. This week we are using 12x12 papers and the one i was given we the Carolyn Holt Primavera Hearts Squared. Have a mice day.................

Well today is my day to showcase my House Mouse card,for stampncraft. Iused a  stamp from the Autumn leaves set.
I coloured the image with promarkers, and then matted and layered. I then cut leaves from the TH Autumn Gatherings die and randomly covered the card. Then stamped have a mice day .

In the pink.....

Well i had a fab crafting day yesterday at the lovely Incy's house with Tanmo, Angiebabe and Kam. Managed to make a few cards, inbetween laughing, eating and having loads of fun.
This is the favourite card i made a real simple christmas card, have a feeling i will be doing lots of these in different colours.

Chocolate Baroque DT Cards

Good Morning
Well Wednesday is my DT day to showcase my cards. So i've made to simple ones but the show the versatility of the stamps. They are gorgeous stamps to work with. I wanted to have the birdhouse hanging so used the tail of the bird as a flourish hanger. Thank you all for the best wishes for the Design Team and the lovely comments on my first card. Stamp N Craft Design Team......

Good Morning
Well today is the first day for the Stamp N Craft design team, of which I'm proud to say I am part of. The lovely Beth has 6 of us on her team and each of us will be showcasing our card or project on one day of the week, mine is Wednesday so watch this space.
For the first project we all used the same stamp set, the lovely Chocolate Baroque Harlequine Christmas Set which can be found at Stamp n craft along with lots of other fab craft goodies.
So to my card a very simple christmas card as i think when you have so many to make you sometimes just need something easy. I stamped the bauble straight onto my white card, then masked it off and stamped

 another either side. I used Tim Holtz distressed inks, in Barn Door, Peeled Paint and Broken China these can be found  here. I then put  different colour pearls as a hanging on each bauble along with a bow. Then i stamped a Happy Christmas using the 3 colour distressed inks. Simple!!

Early morning...............

Well i'm up bright an early this morning so thought i'd pop a christmas card on my blog while i have time. Wasn't sure about the brown's to start with but once it was put together i really liked it and may have another go with those colours. New Goodies

Good morning Well had a lovely day yesterday went to the show at Wsetpoint Exeter with the lovely Incy and spent some pennies. Stocked up on my pearls, got some lush Inkylicious stamps, bought a fab snowflake die cut, and we had a workshop for Indigo Blu Gilding Flakes and of course had to get the kit to have a go. So watch this space! Still managed to save some pennies for the Taunton show in Novemeber :O) Have a fab day. Sandra xx

Cute little robin...

Hi from a lovely sunny Somerset, it seems to be wrong making christmas cards in the sun shine. This is a cute little robin card i made at the craft meet at yeovil on Sunday. Am not working today so going to take a stroll down town and then do some more crafting. This year i will be ready for christmas! 3 really quick christmas cards.....

Hi just thought you might like to see 3 really quick christmas cards i made the other day using kraft cards. I was pleased with how they turned out not the usual style may try on some white card now for a different look. Also good way to use up scrap bits of which i have drawers and drawers full lol Well the sun is shining here today hope it stays that way for the weekend. We are off to Hyde Park on Sunday for the Festival in a day as there was no Glastonbury this year we're having withdraw symptoms lol Have a fab weekend. xx

5oth Birthday card...........

Hello from a sunny and bright Somerset, well sorry i've not been on very often but am now feeling well on the road to recover. Had a Dr's appointment on Monday and he says ears are now looking much better just keep taking the tablets! Well it is my little brothers 50th today and this is the card i made for him, i do love this image and have used it loads of times. Hope you all have a fab day. Hi Well here is the final storage box decorated at last and i'm really pleased with them all. Just got to pack everything back in it now. Thanks for all the pm's asking how i am, well been to the Dr's again this week and had some blood tests done now but got to wait a week to 10 day's for results, i'm kinda hoping it show's something but i'll let you know.Hope you all have a fab weekend. Steampunk storage!

Hello Well hope your all enjoying the Oylimpics I can't drag myself away from the Tv how good are we all those Gold medals. We have been trying to get tickets to go as when they came out first we both said no doesn't interest us How wrong we where, not got anything yet but we'll keep trying. Bag and Tag.............

Morning Hope your all good, well i had a funny turn on saturday still an issue of this virus! so i spent all day yesterday in my pj's watching the Olymipics, can't believe how addictive it is. We seem to be doing an amazing job. Right just thought some of you may like to see the bag and tag i made to match the birthday card from the other day. Well i will be chillin in front the tv today. Hi Well i was ask if i would look after the little boy across the road for an hour this morning as his mum had to go out. So we made a wall hanging for his bedroom as i know he love's making things. He was so chuffed. Hope you all have a fab weekend.

Good Morning Hope you all had a good weekend. We went out to lunch yesterday a free one that i won for liking them on Facebook, we then spent the afternoon with friends which was lovely. Altered Storage

Hi Well its so hot here in Somerset. Thanks for all your good luck wishes, the Dr gave me some tablets to help with the balance a months supply! and told me it will help but could be months before i feel 100% :O( Anyhow yesterday i needed to do something so decided to alter one of my Ikea storage boxes, really pleased with the result only 4 more to do lol Have a fab evening Hugs Sandra x

It's raining again.....................

Good Morning Yes it's raining here in Somerset again at 7am this morning the sun was shining, i got the washing done and now it's in the tumble dryer :O( Oh well some crafting this afternoon i think. 3 cards today that where made with inspiration from this months Craft Stamper, my favourite crafting magazine and this months is fab. I loved trying this technique and have bought some new highlighters to have a go, think i may have gone over the top with the distressed ink and they are a bit to dark. Hope you all have a fab day. Good Morning Well home again today resting lol Yesterday i felt like crafting for the first time in ages, and was insprired by the lovely Hel's in the Craft Stamper mag. The blue card is avery similar to hel's card the green is my take on it. This was the first time i'd used my TH distressed pens and to be honest if i'd read the magazine first i would have used different paper and not the paper i'd used lol but never mind i was really pleased with the result. Well i never!

At long last i'm putting something on my blog. Have been feeling a bit under the weather lately, the docter said it is a virus which usually means they can't find anything elsa and i needed to rest. So i'm on the way up i think. fingers crossed. Anyhow enough there reason for today's post is to put on the little box that i was making over and not got round to finishing. I have put in the little photo of it when i bought it from the boot sale but stupidly i forgot to take one before the make over began. Its so cute, not decided how to decorate but have finished the basics. Painted black, used Graphic 45 papers and black soot distressed ink to ink edges. Tim Holts feet and corners. Bristol Play Day Makes.........

Hello Well its very blustery here in Somerset today, but no rain so far :O) Well last night Richard insisted on watching more footie, so i hid in the craftroom and finished Sunday playday projects. We did lost of different techniques from Crafty Stamper mag, haven't listed them as a crafty spider managed to get my magazine in her bag and i can't remember exactly which was which lol Also been a bit cheeky on my door hanging going to see how long before anyone notices lol Have a fab weekend.
